This website provides general information about Gsinteraktive and Shopify design, development, support, and accessibility services. Information may change and is not a guarantee of a particular result.
Accessibility services
Accessibility audits and fixes are technical services, not legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of ADA compliance or protection from a claim. The scope, criteria, platform limits, deliverables, and price for a project are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement.
Project agreements
A signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement controls the client relationship. It may include scope, payment, ownership, confidentiality, revisions, limitations, and other terms that supersede these general website terms.
Portfolio work
Client names, logos, screenshots, and descriptions are presented for portfolio and informational purposes. I aim to describe the work accurately and may remove or update material when a client agreement requires it.
Third-party services
The site and client projects may rely on Shopify, apps, analytics, hosting, email, security, and other third-party services. Their availability, policies, and limitations are outside my control.
